UDAYSHANTH AND ANGELIKA FERNANDO FOUNDATION ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
The Udayshanth and Angelika Fernando Foundation will present the third edition of its annual fundraiser on 12.09.24 at Saskia Fernando Gallery. Funds raised will go towards the A4A Production Grant and the Indira Cancer Trust. All works featured in the auction have been donated by leading and emerging contemporary artists from Sri Lanka.

Auction terms and conditions
1. To participate in the auction, you must create an online account and agree to the terms and conditions.
2. By registering, you are entering a contract to purchase the item you bid on, for the amount of your bid plus any shipping charges.
3. If you are outbid or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are not obligated to purchase the item. However, if you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to pay for the item within 48 hours of the auction closing.
4. Your bids are final and cannot be retracted.
5. All items are sold in "as is" condition. The organizer does not guarantee the weight, size, grade, quality, condition, or importance of any item.
6. The winning bidder is responsible for all additional charges incurred, such as insurance, shipping, customs, and handling.
7. Payment must only be made by immediate bank transfer within 48 hours of closing the auction.
