Artist Bio
Yuwantha Yasas is a multidisciplinary artist whose large acrylic and oil canvases feature figurative, self-narrative compositions incorporating both Sri Lankan and Indian symbolism, inspired from Pahari miniature paintings. Yasas has an MFA from the Benaras Hindu University. He has exhibited his work in both Sri Lanka and India extensively.
