The purchasers name and contact details will be placed onto a raffle ticket and into a locked box. All names and tickets will be added by the Summer Hill Auxiliary Treasurer under the supervision of the P&F Treasurer and/or Summer Hill Auxiliary President. The box will be secured by the SHA Treasurer.
Online sale of Raffle tickets will close at 8pm 22/03/2025.
Sale of raffle tickets will continue at the event until time of draw.
Ticket prizes can not be redeemed for cash. There will be no option to swap or change prizes- For example 1st Prize ticket winner can not swap for 2nd, 3d, 4th or Street named prizes, they will receive the allocated Prize.
In the situation where the winner of a raffle is not present at the event, the winner will be contacted by the Summer Hill Auxiliary President. A mutual date, time and location will be arranged to receive the prize item. Both the winner and Summer Hill auxiliary representative will co-sign receipt of the prize.
