Gemma will show you how to create your starter and your own perfect bread masterpiece using flour, salt, natural yeast and water. At the end of the workshop, you will be will be waved goodbye with a ready-to-bake loaf and the inspiration to continue working on your crusty creations at home!
90-minute session in Gemma’s kitchen in Pascoe Vale, Melbourne. Date proposed for February or early March.
In addition to teaching people how to make amazing sourdough, Gemma is an artist with a background in fashion, textile art and styling,
