Auction terms and conditions
The SUPPORT MTL Online Silent Auction is a third-party platform for individuals to bid for products and services. The auction will be managed by SUPPORT MTL and the gift certificates will be transferred between the vendor and the auction winner. If the business can no longer fulfil the gift certificate through the duration of the SUPPORT MTL auction, the business is responsible for refunding the gift certificate in full to the winner of the gift certificate. Businesses must have a valid location and/or website to qualify.

Le COVID-19 se répand rapidement sur le plan global, et le Québec met en place des mesures de prévention pour assurer la santé et la sécurité de notre province. Pendant que les Montréalais laissent tomber de façon responsable leurs calendriers sociaux en faveur de l'auto-quarantaine et de l'éloignement social, les comportements d'achat ont naturellement évolué. Les petites et moyennes entreprises locales sont durement touchées et travaillent à sueur de front afin de trouver des moyens créatifs de relever ces nouveaux défis.

The SUPPORT MTL | COVID 19 Online Silent Auction has been launched to give our community the opportunity to rally behind local Montreal businesses so they can thrive through this pandemic.
COVID-19 is spreading quickly across the globe, and Quebec is taking preventative measures to help keep our province healthy and safe. As Montrealers responsibly trade their social calendars in favour of self-quarantine and social distancing, purchasing behaviours have naturally shifted. Local small and medium size businesses are hit hard, and working harder to find creative ways to face new challenges.
