Curves Fitness Petersham 1 month - Comprehensive Fitness Package

What it includes: 

1.      ONE MONTH access to our 30 minute strength training circuit (designed for women of all ages and fitness levels) and always with a trained Coach to guide and encourage you. We recommend working out 3 times a week to feel results – but you can come up to 6 times a week if you wish. Access includes all classes.

2.      Three one-on-one personal training sessions with a Coach to train you to use each piece of our unique equipment (especially designed for women) safely and effectively

3.      A one-on-one goal setting session where we get to understand what will make the most difference to how you’re feeling – and how we can best support you

4.      A Consultation with our Nutrition & Habit Coach to help identify changes to help you succeed

5.      Regular check-ins to measure progress and help you stay motivated. Our experienced Coaches are dedicated to helping you set and achieve realistic goals, providing the guidance you need for success.

6.      Voucher for $0 Joining Fee if you choose to continue with us (memberships start at just $35 per week)
