Important Information for Bidders:

Bidding Dates: Bidding opens on Tuesday 1 September at 9am and closes on Saturday 12 September at 6pm.

Winning Bidders: Winners will receive an automated notification via email at the close of the auction with instructions to finalise payment.

Payment Methods: We accept secure online credit card payments via Stripe. All payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing.

Collection & Delivery: All items must be collected by Wednesday 16 September from the Student Services Office at St Mary's College between 8am-4pm.

Auction terms and conditions
Organiser: This online auction is conducted by St Mary’s College Hobart, 164 Harrington Street Hobart TAS 7000
Eligibility: Participation in this auction is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Auction Period: The auction opens at 9.00am Tuesday 1 September and will close at 6:00pm on Saturday, 12 September 2026. Please note that selected items may be transferred to the live auction held on the evening, where further bidding may take place.
Bidding Rules: All bids must be placed in increments of $5.00 or more. The seller reserves the right to decline, remove or reject any bid that does not comply with the auction terms and conditions. All bids submitted are considered final and binding.
Item Condition and Returns: By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge and accept the item as described and advertised, including any stated condition, specifications, inclusions, or exclusions.
All items are sold as advertised and on an “as is” basis. Bids are final, and no returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered once an item has been won and payment has been made.
Winning Bids: The highest valid bid recorded at the official close of the Auction Period will be deemed the wining bid. Winners will be notified via the auction platform and provided details of how to process payment.
Payments and collection: The successful bidder must pay for their item via the online platform within 48 hours of notification and collect the auction item by 4:00pm Wednesday, 16 September.
If the item is not collected by this time, the winning bid will be forfeited, and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
