Mandel on High is in central Echuca and located on High St - only a few minutes walk to the heart of Echuca.
This four bedroom, three bathroom, double-storey residence will be popular with those who look for a modern, spacious house when holidaying.
Downstairs you will find a light filled living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a bedroom and ensuite/powder room, as well as internal laundry.
Upstairs is the overly spacious master suite with private bathroom, plus an additional two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Outside you'll find a compact, yet well thought out space - the in ground plunge pool, BBQ and dining area are secured behind a glass fence. There is additional undercover seating and turfed area. The kids will fall in love with the amazing cubby house that is tucked away around the side.
Mandel on High offers free Wifi and a secure lockup garage for two vehicles.
