Smart Recovery & Wellness Auction

By registering and bidding in this auction, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Auction Format & Bidding

• This is an online auction conducted via Air Auctioneer.
• All bids are binding. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted without the auctioneer’s written consent.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any bid at their sole discretion.
• In the event of any dispute or technical issue, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
• Some items may have a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, we reserve the right not to sell the item.

2. Buyer’s Premium & Fees

• A Buyer’s Premium of 5% applies to all successful bids 
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to collection.
• Accepted payment methods: – Bank transfer – EFTPOS / Debit card – Cash – Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) – 2.6% surcharge applies.
• Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of the auction closing, unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
• Items not paid for within 48 hours may be offered to the next highest bidder. 
• Title and ownership of the goods remain with the seller until full payment is received.

4. Viewing / Inspection

• Open inspection times: Tuesday 19 May 2026 – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Sunday 24 May 2026 – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• All items are sold “as is, where is”. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items in person or send a representative before bidding.
• No warranty is given regarding condition, completeness, age, functionality, or suitability for purpose.

5. Collection & Pickup

• All items must be collected from 417 South Road, Keswick SA 5035.
• Designated collection days: Friday 5 June 2026 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday 6 June 2026 – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
• If you are unable to collect on these days, you must notify us before the auction closes.
• Alternative arrangements are at the seller’s discretion and may incur a storage or handling fee.
• If you plan to bring a trailer or large vehicle, please advise us of your approximate collection time in advance due to limited parking space.
• Items not collected by the end of Saturday 6 June 2026 will be deemed abandoned. We reserve the right to charge storage fees, re-list the items, or dispose of them after 14 days.

6. Descriptions & Images

• All descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith but are for guidance only.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of descriptions and the condition of items before bidding.
• Minor variations in colour, size, or detail may occur due to photography or lighting.

7. Risk and Title

• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the auction closes.
• The buyer is responsible for insuring the items from the time of collection and for the safe removal and transport of their purchases.
• Once items are moved/ collected, the buyer assumes all risk for loss, damage, or theft.

8. No Returns or Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given except at the absolute discretion of the seller.

9. Health & Safety

• Buyers must comply with all safety instructions while on the premises.
• Buyers are fully responsible for the safe loading and removal of items. Appropriate equipment, vehicles, and assistance are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. General

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
• The seller reserves the right to amend these terms (any amendments will be posted on the auction page).
• By bidding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
