No statement made online, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction; however, due to the noval Coronavirus, COVID-19, Saint James School cannot guarantee that a donor will not go out of business or suspend its operations indefinitely prior to the expiration date. Each bidder assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any loss or injury of any kind related to the items obtained at auction. Each bidder releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless Saint James School, its employees, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the auction and the items obtained at auction.
