Schwann works in an expanded sculptural practice that investigates the encounter between art and audience. Through themes of resistance and failure she facilitates a conversation using sensory engaging tactics. Combining home handyman aesthetics along with multiple material manipulation and kitchen experimentation she has made artwork to be destroyed, licked, touched and eaten.
