About the Artist - Nervana Youssef

I am Nervana Youssef. I am 26 years old. Graduated from the Arab Academy for science and technology. I am a self taught artist. Art is my passion i see it as a healing therapy. My favorite medium to use is oil paints. I first tried oil paints at the age of 11 and since then i got hooked up to them. However that doesn’t stop me from experimenting with different mixed media and techniques as i don’t like to stick to one style. There is somehow a connectivity between me and every piece of art i create wether it’s a feature of me, reflecting my inner state or capturing a memory and there is always a story behind them. I believe each creation showcases my own personal journey.
