Ginger Beer Cask #4 is our most popular and sought after Starward project to date. Very limited bottling. Ginger beer brewed by Boatrocker and matured in ex-apera casks for 6 months. Ginger beer is disgorged and our prized Starward Solera is finished in the seasoned cask for 12 months. The ginger beer recipe is a guarded distillery secret, but includes fresh ginger, lemongrass and citrus peel.
