*Gift Card is offered with the following rules:
•There is no processing time after the event to book travel
•The winner must have the gift card in order to book travel.
•Space may not be offered on all flights, depending on flight availability.
•Third parties will be allowed to book travel, providing they have the gift card.
•It is at the winner’s expense and responsibility of accommodations, transportation and meals, while in destination community.
•Customer will be charged any difference in fare or fees that the gift card cannot cover.
•Customer will be charged all applicable fees, surcharges (such as airport improvement, security, Nav Canada, insurance and fuel, Carbon and taxes to be paid in full at time of booking.
•Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible, to secure desired flights.
•Date changes to be made two (2) hours prior to departing flight, any change fees or upgrade fees will be at the expense and responsibility of the passenger.
•Monies associated with the flight will be lost if passenger no shows.
•This pass cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque or credit.
