We are selling our family’s land in Pulaski County, Indiana. The property is located about 2 miles north of Medaryville, IN, near the intersection of County Road 400 North and US Highway 421.
The property is being offered as all or in part. The bidder should make note of Items III and XII in the Bidder Criteria & Agreement The bids are PER ACRE.
The acreage shown is scaled from aerial photographs and is approximate only. The actual area will be determined by survey if a survey is required by the title company, the Pulaski County Auditor or by Indiana State Law.
The bidder should bid ONLY on the largest division of the land he wishes to purchase. For instance, the bidder should NOT bid on Parcels 1A and/or 1B and/or 1C if he wishes to purchase all of Parcel 1. However, the total bid (bid per acre times acres) for the larger parcel must be greater than the sum of the bids for the parts.

Auction terms and conditions
Prior to participation in the online auction, each bidder agrees to read the terms of the Bidder Criteria & Agreement and affix their signature thereto. The Sellers will NOT entertain any bids or offers from any individuals who have not 1.) signed and returned the Agreement and 2.) submitted their Bidder Deposit, pursuant to Section II therein. Both the Bidder Deposit and the signed Agreement should sent to the Seller's Attorney at the address shown in said Agreement.
