The West Half (1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 28, Township 31 North, Range 4 West,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Beginning at the NW corner of said W ½ of NW Section 28; thence East 652 feet; Thence South 260 feet; thence West 652 feet; thence North 260 feet to point of beginning, approximately 3.90 acres.
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EASEMENTS WHICH RUN WITH THE LAND, THEREBY BEING BINDING ON ALL SUCCESSORS:
An easement for the existing car wash and laundromat tile drain across the 3.90 acres described above for the purposes of repair and maintenance of said tile drain.
A strip of land 55 feet wide off of the east end of the 3.90 acres described above, for the purposes of ingress and egress.
Parcel 3 contains 76.1 Acres, more or less.
