The Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, in Pulaski County, Indiana,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Commencing at a point 732 feet south of the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence South 640 feet; thence West 1100 feet; thence North 640 feet; thence East 1100 feet; to the place of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Commencing at the intersection of the projected centerline of a small drainage ditch and the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 421, which point is 352 feet north of the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence northerly along the centerline of said U.S.
Highway No. 421 a distance of 634 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence South 26 degrees West 317 feet; thence South 12 degrees West 356.5 feet; thence easterly along the centerline of the said small drainage ditch 313.2 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Commencing at the southeast comer of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence north 253 feet to the centerline of the
existing ditch; thence westerly along the centerline of said ditch 291 feet; thence
southerly along the east edge of an existing ditch 286.5 feet to the south line of said
Northeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence east along said north line 409 feet to
the place of beginning,
