Studio Tour with Katherine Galbraith

Enjoy an evening touring the art studio of Katherine Galbraith!

Katherine will give you a personal, guided tour through her private Third Floor Studio. Explore the setting she has developed for maximum efficiency in creating paintings, and listen while she explains the reasons why she uses the various paints, surfaces, and brushes she employs in her work. She will show you how she uses lighting to set up a still life, as well as the importance of proper lighting for the easel. Most important of all, enjoy an evening of stimulating conversation about art with the artist!

Katherine is a Signature Member of the Portrait Society of America, Oil Painters of America, American Women Artists, and National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society. Over the last five years, Katherine has amassed a First Place at the Portrait Society of America, Best In Show and Third Place at the National Oil & Acrylics Painters Society, Second Place in American Women Artists, as well as multiple Third Place and Honorable Mentions, Outstanding Achievements, and Awards of Excellence from each of the above mentioned societies. Katherine is also an Associate Member of the American Impressionist Society and Women Artists of the West.
