Bio:
Katherine Collette is the author of two novels for adults, The Helpline and The Competition. She’s written and illustrated a middle grade novel which will be released in 2024.

Katherine co-hosts The First Time, a podcast about writing and being a writer. As part of The First Time she’s interviewed 100+ authors including Benjamin Law, Kim Scott, Jessie Stephens, Chloe Hooper, Mia Freedman and a lot of debuts.
Katherine coaches debut authors to feel confident and put their books into the world in the best possible way, by teaching them what to expect, what to do and (mostly importantly) importantly how to think, so they can keep writing books and have a long and fulfilling creative career.
