Step behind the scenes to discover how we make our award-winning family gin, distilled in the same way since 1863.

Each session will last approximately 75 minutes and includes:

• A welcome Hayman’s London Dry G&T or seasonal Hayman’s cocktail.
• A fun and interactive talk through our botanicals. An opportunity to get hands-on and get a real feel for flavour and aromas.
• Find out more about how we craft our award-winning gin and our two-day distillation process.
• A tutored tasting of three of our award-winning gins with different mixers.
