The evening menu features a rotating selection of seasonal dishes, with highlights including Hereford T-Bone, mushroom XO and charred greens, wood-fired bread with fired roasted carrot and apricot harissa. The menu is best enjoyed with a glass of wine from our All-Star Aussie wine list featuring funky new wave wines, bright cool climate classics and select big name wines from the cellar.
