Best Sports Party EVER! (#18)

This package includes the use of the OLG Gym with use of Volleyball/Basketball equipment, scoreboard, speaker system, and a (non-certified) official, to host your own private birthday/graduation/celebration for 50 people for 4 hours. This charitable auction is the ONLY WAY you can get this gym for a private party - so don't miss your chance.
A separate location will also be made available for food and drinks (not provided) outside of the gym if needed. No alcohol allowed. The gym may be accessed 2 hours prior to the event to decorate and all items must be removed after the event.
The purchaser of this item, should contact the school office to set a date and time within 12 months of purchase.
The event cannot be open to the public but must be by invitation only and attendees cannot be charged for attending. This auction item is intended for a sporting event (volleyball or basketball) and is not intended for a formal reception or dinner event. Other stipulations may apply (as designate by the school administration) and the purchaser of this event will be liable for any damages to the facility should they occur.
