Valerie Keogh grew up reading Agatha Christie so when she started writing it seemed natural to write crime novels.
In 2018, Valerie signed a two-book contract with Bookouture: Secrets Between Us, was published in Nov '18 and The Housewife, in Feb 2019.
In June '19, Valerie signed a three-book contract for psychological thrillers with Bloodhound Books. The Three Women was published in Feb 2020; The Perfect Life in June; The Deadly Truth in Sept. Bloodhound also publish the Dublin Murder Mysteries - No Simple Death, No Obvious Cause, No Past Forgiven and No Memory Lost. A 5th novel, No Crime Forgotten was published in November and a 6th is planned for April '21. Valerie signed a further contract with Bloodhound Books for psychological thrillers - the first, The Little Lies, was published Feb 3rd '21.

There are also a number of self-published novels:The Hudson and Connolly Series: Deadly Sleep, Twisted Power, Bitter Business, Wicked Secret and a stand-alone psychological thriller, Exit Five from Charing Cross.
