Orthodontic Treatment Voucher - Full Face Orthodontics (#11)

Full Face Orthodontics in Battery Point provides specialised orthodontic care for children, teens and adults, with a focus on healthy facial development, airway function and creating confident, lasting smiles.

This voucher entitles the bearer to $3,000.00 towards orthodontic treatment.

The orthodontic treatment includes the following items:

• Initial consultation with the Orthodontist.
• A full report to the General Dentist.
• All Orthodontic radiographs required.
• Study models of the teeth.
• Extra – and intra-oral photographs.
• Cephalometric radiographic analysis and tracing.
• Space analysis of the study models.
• Full computer diagnosis, treatment planning and discussion with parent.
• Placement of Orthodontic appliances.

Treatment is available at FULL FACE ORTHODONTICS HOBART 70 Hampden Rd, Battery Point.

Items which are not included in this prize are:

• Any general dental work which may be required (e.g. scaling and cleaning of teeth, outstanding fillings, etc.).
• The construction and fitting of orthodontic retainers at the conclusion of the Orthodontic treatment.
• Additional fees for broken appliances.
• Additional fees for failure to attend a scheduled appointment or a cancellation without 24 hours’ notice.
• Adjustment of appliances on a 6 weekly basis.
