The St Luke’s wellness hub, conveniently located in the Hobart CDB, hosts a range of sessions, events, and activities for both their members and the community to attend. They also work with fellow Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs in our space.

Programs include, Mat Pilates, Midday Yoga Reset, Adaptive Yoga for Every Body, Mindfulness Meditation with Dr Bruno Cayoun, Ballet for Adults and more.
