About Paddle Collective

Paddle Collective grew out of a simple belief: that more people deserve access to great coaching and the ocean.

We run weekly surf ski sessions across four Perth locations, from the South Perth foreshore to Hillarys, Port Beach and Freshwater Bay. Whether you have never sat on a ski or you are chasing a faster race time, there is a session for you and a coach on the water every time.​

Head coach Reece Baker is the current Open Single Ski Champion and IOP Open WA Ocean Racing Series Champion. Reece brings more than 15 years of elite coaching experience to every session. Reece is joined by a team of experienced coaches including Fi, Khngy and Jez, each bringing their own paddling background and on-water expertise. The team covers everything from beginner fundamentals to race preparation, and establishing culture.

Beyond weekly sessions, we run multi-day adventure camps along the WA coast, skills clinics for newer paddlers, downwind sessions and our own race events including the Wreck Run. Whatever brings you to the water, we have a way in.
