On Country - Original Artwork by Chris Thew

This stunning piece, "On Country" is created and generously donated by Chris Thew, a proud Darug man, long-term Central Coast resident, and Operations Manager at Bara Barang Corporation Ltd.

Chris shares his story behind this artwork:

"The story behind this painting is that Country is important and looks different to us all.  Country gives us all we need and is always home to us. It is important to remember that wherever we are, we are 'On Country'. It is important to remember those that have been here before us, and the stories that it carries to guide us on our journeys. With this in mind, I gladly donate this artwork to Coast & Country Primary Care's Charity Ball".
