Terms and Conditions for the Auction
Auction Overview: This auction features a select collection of rare and historic jet skis. Participation is by invitation only, and all bidders must register prior to bidding.
Reserve Price: Items in this auction may be subject to an undisclosed reserve price. Item prices which do not meet the reserve are marked ‡. Should the leading bid at expiry not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold.
Payment: All payments must be made directly to us. Accepted payment methods include our secure in-house payment system, personal checks, and bank transfers. Details for payment will be provided to the winning bidder after the auction closes.
Pickup: All items are for pickup only. No shipping will be provided. The winning bidder will be responsible for coordinating pickup details directly with us.
Bill of Sale: Each sale will be accompanied by a bill of sale, documenting the transaction and ownership transfer.
No Warranty: All jet skis are sold "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees. Prospective bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect items prior to bidding.
Bidding: By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions. Once a bid is placed, it is binding. The auction organizer reserves the right to accept or reject bids at their discretion.
Cancellation: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction at any time without prior notice.
