Sunlake High School Color Guard Auction 2025

Thank you for supporting the incredibly talented performers of the Sunlake High School World Guard. Your participation directly helps our students continue to grow, compete, and shine—both on and off the floor.

This auction features a curated collection of experiences, gift cards, themed baskets, and community‑donated treasures. Every bid you place fuels our program’s success by helping cover costumes, equipment, travel expenses, and competition fees throughout the season.

Payment Information

All winning bidders will complete payment online only. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Item Pickup

Auction items will be available for pickup in the Sunlake High School Gym before and after the Friends and Family Showcase, on March 23, 2026, from 5pm-7pm and 9pm-9:30pm or in the Sunlake High School Band Room between 6pm and 9pm before March 26, 2026. Read each item carefully to determine if it will require pick up.

 

Features:
Automatic Bidding: Set the highest amount you’re comfortable paying, and the system will handle the rest—placing incremental bids for you only when needed to keep you ahead.

Private Bidder Names: Your identity stays hidden throughout the auction. Participants appear under anonymous labels such as “Bidder 2030z,” ensuring complete privacy.

Fair‑Play Time Extension: If someone jumps in with a bid during the final ten minutes, the closing time will automatically extend by an additional ten minutes. This prevents last‑second rushes and gives everyone a fair chance to respond.
