Gleebooks is Sydney’s leading independent bookseller. They have been in business for over 50 years, and online since 1996. They have branches in Glebe, Dulwich Hill, and Blackheath in the Blue Mountains.

At 49 Glebe Point Road, the spacious first floor sets the stage for one of Sydney’s most dynamic bookshop events and ideas programs. Hosting more than two hundred events and launches each year, the venue has welcomed literary greats including Salman Rushdie, Margaret Atwood, Colm Tóibín, David Malouf, and Annie Proulx. Each week, Australia’s brightest thinkers and leading journalists gather here for inspiring conversations and lively panel discussions.
