Terms and Conditions – Robert Walters’ Global Charity Day Auction

1. Overview

Welcome to the Robert Walters Global Charity Day Auction.  By accessing or participating in this auction, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).   Please read them carefully before placing any bids.

2. Auction Details

• The auction will begin upon the opening of the site and will close promptly at 9:00 AM (AEDT) on October 17^th (Auction Close).
• All proceeds from this auction will be donated to South Cares The South Sydney Rabbitohs Official Homepage as part of Robert Walters’ Global Charity Day.
• All items listed are final and offered on an "as-is" basis. No returns or exchanges will be accepted and prizes are non-transferable.

3. Bidding Rules

• All bids must be placed exclusively via the auction website. Bids submitted by phone, email, or in person will not be accepted.
• Once a bid is placed, it is final and binding. You may not withdraw or cancel a bid after submission.
• Bids must be placed before the Auction Close. Late bids will not be considered.

4. Payment

• If you place the highest bid on an item upon the Auction Close, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.
• Payment must be made in full within 72 hours of the Auction Close. Payment instructions will be provided to the winning bidders via email.
• Monies collected from auctioned items will be paid directly to South Cares via the Robert Walters charity.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your winning bid and disqualification from future auctions.

5. Item Delivery

• Items will be delivered or shipped after full payment has been received.
• Delivery timeframes and methods may vary depending on the item and winner’s location.
• Any delivery or shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Robert Walters.

6. Use of Proceeds

• 100% of the proceeds collected from the auction will be donated to South Cares The South Sydney Rabbitohs Official Homepage

7. User Conduct

By participating in this auction, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate the bidding process;
• Engage in fraudulent or dishonest conduct;
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Robert Walters reserves the right to remove users or void bids suspected of violating these Terms at our absolute discretion.

8. Disclaimers

• Robert Walters makes no representation as to the suitability or merchantable quality of any auction item.
• Robert Walters excludes all liability for technical issues that may prevent a user from bidding.

9. Modifications and Termination

Robert Walters reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. We may also cancel or suspend the auction at any time in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
