Terms & Conditions
- Payment of the winning auction bid must be made to the Holland Park State School P&C Association within 60 days of 7 June, 2025. Failure to make the payment within this period will result in your winning bid lapsing. The prize may then be offered to the next highest bidder by the Holland Park State School P&C Association with obligation to the original highest bidder.
- Property must be exclusively listed with Daniel Prosser.
- Winning bidder must not have a current Form 6 with REMAX First Residential.
- Winning bidder must sign a Form 6 with Daniel Prosser REMAX FIRST Residential (standard 90-agreement) by 30 June, 2026. Failure to sign by this date for any reason does not entitle you to a refund of any payment made.
- The property to be sold must be within a 10km radius of the Holland Park Post Office.
- If the winning bidder chooses to auction the property, there will be an additional cost of $770 (inc. of GST) to be paid prior to the auction
- The winner will cover the cost of the Premium Marketing Package (valued at $4,298)
Items in this auction may be subject to an undisclosed reserve price.

Should the leading bid at expiry not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold.
