Auction is located at 7052 Hwy 5, Cartwright, MB. This is 1.3Miles North of HWY 3 & HWY 5 Junction on Hwy 5, on the west side of the road.

Auction Bidding starts on Feb 15 at 3:30PM. This is an ONLINE ONLY Auction

All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. All item descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. 

Viewing and Inspecting - Feb 15 - 9AM to 1PM; DO NOT STOP at the house! Enter the shop by SOUTH door ONLY.

Offsite Items - Feb 14 - 1PM to 4PM; Offsite Items are located at 5047 Hwy 5

Auction Starts Ending Feb 20 at 5:30PM

Invoices will be emailed to you after the sale has closed with your final total. DO NOT TRY TO PAY before receiving your invoice!

Payments/deposits(20%) are to be made within 5 days of Auction Ending, Feb 25. Complete payment received before or at pickup time. No installments or post dated cheques, NO CHEQUES UNLESS CERTIFIED!! Full payment must be made before items will be released.

Credit Card payments accepted ONLINE ONLY and BEFORE PICKUP, NOT in person at pickup. 

E-TRANSFER to ap@cherrywoodcabinets.ca accepted. ONLY BEFORE PICKUP!! e-transfer will not be accepted at pickup.

Cash is the ONLY form of payment accepted on pickup. No Cheques!!!!

We will ship at BUYER'S expense, as time permits, at the discretion of Seller. Forklift available ONLY on PICKUP dates SPECIFIED BELOW!!

PICKUP DATES: Feb 27 - 4PM to 6PM; Feb 28 - 4PM to 6PM; Mar 1 - 9AM to 1PM

OFFSITE PICKUP DATES: Feb 27 - 9AM to 12PM; Feb 28 - 9AM to 12PM

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF DAY MARCH 1, 2025! Any items remaining will be disposed of.

All Sale Items are subject to GST and PST after adding 5% Buyer’s Fee. The ONLY exception is if your business plans to resell the items and we are provided with your PST number by END of DAY on FEB 20, the same day as sale closing. NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER FEB 20!!

Notes:

1. There are numerous items that are sealed in Factory Boxes. Please use the internet to source information by entering the product number and brand. We do not want to open the sealed boxes. This is to retain value to the brand new products.

2. Many of these products are new overstock.

3. Anyone interested in the large equipment, is welcome to ask questions. Any other questions will be answered  as time permits.
