1. Payment of the winning auction bid must be made to the Holland Park State School P&C Association within 60 days of 3 June 2023.  Failure to make the payment within this period will result in your winning bid lapsing.  The prize may then be offered to the next highest bidder by the Holland Park State School P&C Association with obligation to the original highest bidder.
2. Property must be exclusively listed with Daniel Prosser.
3. Winning bidder must not have a current Form 6 with REMAX First Residential.
4. Winning bidder must sign a Form 6 with Daniel Prosser REMAX FIRST Residential (standard 90-agreement) by 30 June 2024.  Failure to sign by this date for any reason does not entitle you to a refund of any payment made.
5. The property to be sold must be within a 10km radius of the Holland Park Post Office.
6. The prize does not include any alternations to the Premium Marketing Package as listed above.
7. If the winning bidder chooses to auction the property, there will be an additional cost of $770 (inc of GST) to be paid prior to the auction.
