Fiction publishing mentoring session with Louisa Joyner

A 90-minute session with Faber's Louisa Joyner on editing and publishing fiction.

Louisa Joyner is Associate Publisher for Faber. She is responsible for editing and publishing a full schedule of titles, as well as overseeing and managing the fiction list. Louisa held previous editorial positions at Virgin Books, Atlantic Books, Canongate and HarperCollins before joining Faber in 2016 as Editorial Director. Her authors have also been shortlisted for, or won, the Man Booker prize, the Women’s prize, the Orwell Prize, and the Goldsmiths prize, among others. She has published authors including: Anna Burns, Akwaeke Emezi, Nathan Filer, Barbara Kingsolver, Ingrid Persaud, Georgia Pritchett and Leïla Slimani. She has a PhD in contemporary American fiction.
