At Merridale Cidery & Distillery, the ciders and spirits are handcrafted sustainably on the family farm, It was BC's first craft distillery. The Cowichan vodka is made from Merridale cider and distilled in the hand-crafted copper still to create a silky, soft finish. The vodka is mellowed for over three years in stainless steel and then cold-filtered through charcoal. 

The two syrups made by Merridale, one lavender lemon syrup and one rosemary cinnamon syrup are perfect to create cocktails using the Cowichan vodka and any of your favourite spirits. Merridale's website offers several delicious recipes that includes their own vodka and syrups.
