Sabaté i Coca - Josep Coca 2012 (magnum - Lot#16)

A family producer in Penedès and one of the original members of Corpinnat, Sabaté i Coca has been crafting fine sparkling and still wines for some time.

This excellent sparkling wine sees a minimum aging of 62 months on the less before it's disgorged lending it an exceptional depth and complexity.

The cellar was gracious to donate this bottle directly from their archive.

Note that the bottle pictured is a standard size. Winning wine will be a 1.5L format.
