With pizza bases that have been lovingly fermented to maximise on flavour, gelato made with ripened seasonal fruit, mouth watering pastries and bread made on-site, there is so much to choose from. The seasonal mussels with crushed garlic and crusty bread is a must over summer. While you are in town the local shopping strip with a galary, jeweller, IGA with a bottleshop, cute little retail shops will give you a chance to stretch your legs. Tucked away behind the main road is the community garden, football oval and rail trail, if you want to take in some country vibes before the two hour drive back to Melbourne.
