Leadership panel and 1hr mentoring

Tanya Tran Tanya is a Finance / Operations Executive, Company Secretary and Board Director with 15 years of experience in the NFP sector who is skilled in improving financial reporting and business processes to assist in achieving strategic objectives. She is CPA qualified and holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Information Systems. She has mentored numerous people in their journey to find suitable roles within their field (finance and other) and progress in their career. She is particularly interested in assisting newly arrived immigrants find their first role. As a Board Director, she often takes a hands-on role to ensure strong finance and governance systems are in place. Wendy Fromhold Wendy is an experienced executive, consultant and board director who is passionate about building capabilities within organisations to maximise the value they deliver to clients and communities.  She has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and board roles within health and social sectors, has a Master of Business in leadership and organisational change and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Wendy has held executive roles across strategy, governance, people and culture, quality, organisational performance and business management.  She specialises in strengthening governance, leadership and culture within organisations. Thuy Hoang Thuy has assisted hundreds of people to achieve their career aspirations or discover what is next for them. She is an IECL Level 2 qualified executive coach, Leadership Circle Program certified and an experienced public speaker. She is currently Deputy Chair of Women of Colour Melbourne and volunteers as a Nippers Age Manager and Toastmasters leader whilst working full-time with two high energy kids.
