Dr. Steven Gottlieb is president of Arrowmont’s Board of Governors. He has a BE in engineering and Ph.D. in business and management. He has spent the majority of his professional career at Booz Allen & Hamilton, a management and technology consulting firm. He was Deacon at McLean Presbyterian Church in Virginia and serves as an Elder at Presbyterian Church of Lake Travis in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Gottlieb’s creative interests include woodwork – particularly woodturning, and photography. His early experiences at Arrowmont include woodturning workshops taught by David Ellsworth. Dr. Gottlieb has served on the Arrowmont board since 2010.
