Terms:

• The prize includes a two (2) consecutive night stay at Barrenjoey Farm for up to nine (9) guests.
• The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance directly with the property owner.
• The prize is valid for 12 months from the auction date.
• The prize excludes public holidays, long weekends, peak periods, and special event dates, unless agreed in writing.
• The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or exchanged.
• Travel to and from Barrenjoey Farm and any additional expenses incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• The prize winner and all accompanying guests must comply with the House Rules and Conditions of Stay set by Barrenjoey Farm.
• House Rules will be provided at the time of booking and must be acknowledged and accepted in writing prior to confirmation of dates.
• Failure to comply with the House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without compensation.
• The prize winner is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any loss, damage, or additional cleaning costs incurred during the stay.
• A security bond and/or valid photo identification may be required prior to arrival.
