It is a family business that has been created after a long time in the pilates industry to create a space where people could train in a friendly, peaceful and supported environment, where members can look forward to specialised classes designed to suit their individual needs.

Small classes of 4 to 6 people. At Unity Pilates we value correction and attention to detail so that you feel great after every class which is why we offer small group classes.
