'High and My Tea' is an Australian family business with distinct French flavour. Creative director, Freddie, is a Maitre de patisserie from the Centre de Formation in Dignes-les-bains in France. Our Chef de Patisserie, Suzi, has over 40 years experience in food with a passion for the sweets.
