2016 Shiraz Roussanne from Box Grove Vineyard in Tabilk, Victoria, by award-winning vintner and industry veteran, Sarah Gough.

The shiraz and roussanne grapes in this wine were grown side by side, harvested and fermented together, then aged in a mixture of old and new French barriques before bottling. The splash of roussanne adds a little perfume to the nose and silkiness to the palate, making it the perfect partner to a range of pork, veal, lamb and beef dishes, cooked with love and shared with friends. It is also vegan friendly.
