Pastel blue boater with a vintage cello straw crown, upcycled from a hat from the 1960s. The brim is slightly asymmetrical and a combination of old and new and the base is a pale blue upcycled fabric brim, covered with a new layer of blue sinamay and a bias sinamay edge. The bow and trim is a pale blue vintage petersham ribbon.
