The aromas are jasmine, citrus, blossom, spice, apples and an overarching creaminess. This wine is rich yet light with flavours of tart lemon, green mango, pineapple and spice. It does finish with a fresh bitey flavour similar to that of a strong cheese. The McLean brothers, both work within the wine industry on the Mornington Peninsula.‘
