Jillian Raschke is a University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire student, majoring in Psychology and double minoring in French and Criminal Justice. She is a Chippewa Falls native, and graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 2020. Jillian has been an artist her whole life and started selling her art at craft shows when she was 9. Her inspiration for this piece was "In a world of chaos, I have chosen to embrace simplicity in this painting. The flag represents hope that 'we the people' can overcome adversity if we stand as one, united behind our country, and promote liberty and justice for all."
