Lord of the Rings LCG Extras

Trying to complete a collection of Lord of the Rings LCG can be a harrowing process. Some items are only available at extreme prices or as part of another large (and expensive) collection.

What happens when you buy that large collection, but you only need one or two pieces out of it? Well, you turn around and offer the rest of the collection to someone else.

That's what this auction is for. These are the "extras" from a collection of collections.

Which means you have the opportunity to acquire something that you've been missing from your collection!

No "Bid Sniping"

The automatic auction extension feature is designed to prevent 'sniping', i.e. the practice of waiting until the last few seconds of an auction before placing a bid, in the hope that the previous leader won't have time to raise their bid.

When a bid is placed in the last hour of an auction, it extends the auction time by another hour. This gives other interested bidders a chance to increase their own maximum bid.
