Auction terms and conditions

Auction starts, 9:00am, Saturday 22 July 2023. Auction ends at 5:00pm, Sunday 27 August 2023.

Donations and contributions by individuals to registered political parties of up to $1500 p.a. may be tax deductible. Federal donations and contributions to a registered political party greater than $16,300 p.a. must be declared by the donor to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). State donations and contributions to a registered political party accumulating to an amount greater than $6,299 in a reporting period must be declared to the Electoral Commission of South Australia (ECSA). Further information including donor forms can be found on the AEC and ECSA websites. It is recommended that you seek independent financial advice on donations or contributions.
