In this two-hour session (which can be broken up into 2 sessions) I will work with you (or the client) in a tailored way which could include:
- Understand your Unique Value Proposition and transferrable skills.
- Get clear about what you love to do, the problems you solve and who wants what you have and help you create a clear plan to move forward.
- Help you with confidence and blocks which stop you from stepping up and being seen at work so that you can be the leader you know you are (Imposter Syndrome).
- Help identify skills, values and drivers leading to identifying the best study paths or early career job options, a resume and LinkedIn profile and workable plan to set you up for success.
- Resume review and coaching, cover letter coaching and job application assistance – understanding where your jobs are advertised and how to get noticed.
- Just about anything else in the Executive Presence, career strategy and job searching realm.

ABOUT YOUR COACH
I am Justine Peacock. I have been coaching since 2004. I have two specialities - an Executive Coach specialising in building executive presence, leadership skills, confidence and strategic awareness and a Career Strategy coach.
